CAPE TOWN – Cape Town is the only metro that has received a clean audit.
While this means the City manages its finances well and follows proper procedures, it doesn’t guarantee that the services it provides are meeting the needs or expectations of residents.

Among some of the challenges facing the metro is a housing backlog, with over 3,000 people on the waiting list.
